This class is designed for practitioners that primarily treat themselves to Reiki therapists working clinically. We will be going over the following material:

• 3 Pillars of Usui Reiki; Gassho, Reijio-ho, Chiryo
• Setting up a successful self care routine. Including 3 pre-recorded guided reiki meditations students will have access to post class.
• Prep tips to consider prior to treating others, including clearing & grounding yourself & your space.
• Advanced Scanning techniques. Using subtle intuitive hits to navigate your own or your clients energy field. This is very helpful when applying Reijio-ho.
• What to do with the energy you encounter. Whether you have found energy that needs to be removed, cleared, charged or even ‘conjured’ we will go over different techniques to move and transform energy.
• When to use Reiki symbols and other tools. Including an additional 7 reiki symbols along with guidance in regard to any sense to pull, push or spiral with the symbols.
• We will end the day with a group reiki exchange circle!
