This psychic exercise is intended to be fun! Giving you an opportunity to interact with your intuition and your 6th sense. It is not about guessing what the objects are exactly but to enjoy exploring how you perceive subtler energies, while discovering how your intuition communicates to you at this time. The focus should be to receive impressions, that with practice can lead to very accurate inferences! It is not guess work at that point, it is well earned extra sensory discernment. A gift we can all work to strengthen.
Three Bowls with 3 separate items from my home. Take a moment to consider what is under each one, one at a time.
Suggested steps ( I have a recoded, guided start up below if you would like some pretext and support to play this excercise)
Set intent: “I would like to intuit – via my extra sensory perceptions and subconscious reasoning what is under these bowls. From impressions that come in the form of visuals, feelings, thoughts, sounds…”
Pause: Give yourself a moment to close your eyes and go within, allow these hints, impressions, senses to show up. Write down as many things that come through, try not to doubt, it is not about guessing what it is accurately but simply allowing the impressions to come through.
Listen to the Answers!: Have a listen to my feedback on each bowl and how it may have come through. You are likely more accurate then you think!
Have a listen before jumping into the practice. Some pointers and suggestions to make it fun!
