Focus:

This new version of Intuitive Development 1 is all about practice. We’ll spend most of our time actively working through the intuitive process from start to finish — with less lecture, more experience.

🪶 Pre-Class Preparation

• Complete the updated Intuitive Channels Questionnaire before class

  → Helps you identify your natural intuitive strengths

  → Brings awareness to your own signals and inner language

• Review provided introductory notes to familiarize yourself with the foundational concepts

🌊 In-Class Focus: The Full Intuitive Process

1. Finding Inner Neutrality

• Learn to access your personal “neutral space” — that internal quiet where perception begins

• Examples:

  • A blank blackboard or whiteboard

  • Deep ocean stillness

  • Outer space

• Practice clearing your inner field of noise and expectation

2. Recognizing the First Drop of Intuition

• Notice the first whisper — an image, feeling, word, sound, taste, or memory

• Practice slowing down enough to catch the earliest intuitive signal

3. Encouraging Depth Without Grasping

• Stay curious without interpreting

• Expand gently on what appears without forcing meaning

• Return to neutrality between each intuitive impression

4. Receiving, Perceiving, and Holding

• Learn to be fully present to receive

• Perceive without projecting

• Hold the intuitive data in compassionate, neutral awareness
